Sterling Pointe

Location: Beaverton, Oregon
This project involved siding and soffit and staircase repairs, painting, and demo and repair of stamped concrete pool decks.

Andover Park

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

This was a multi year project that involved replacing over 500,000 square feet of wood siding with Hardie plank siding and trim. In addition, all of the staircases were rebuilt with new pressure treated stringers and precast concrete treads. The balconies were refinished with waterproof deck system, and the entire property was repainted.

The Madison

Location: Belmont, CA

Property wide replacement of failing cement catwalks.

Costa Azul

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Complete redesign and rebuild of clubhouse, office space and residential unit turns in a senior living facility.

Ocean Club Apartments

Location: Redondo Beach, CA

This project entailed rebuilding balconies and replacing failing wood railings with glass railing system. All balconies were rebuilt with Pli-deck waterproof decking system with knockdown finish.

Creekside Park

Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Full property balcony replacement, and full exterior repaint.

Skylark Apartment Homes

Location: Marin County, CA

Pool, leasing office, clubhouse, and lounge remodel. 2024. 100% full gut remodel of all three buildings, all new interior finishes, exterior stucco, doors, windows, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Removal of 8000 sf of failing patio concrete replaced with new pavers, pool coping, pool fencing, landscaping and retaining walls.

Oakland Hills Residential Remodel

Location: Oakland Hills, CA

1200 additional square foot add on to a 1905 cottage. addition of a full second story walkout basement below. New vaulted ceiling above, all new siding, doors, windows, electrical plumbing, HVAC, hardwood flooring throughout, stain grade interior finishes.
